Each serving of Tri Creatine Malate contains 4500 mg of tricreatine malate. Tricreatine malate is a compound consisting of three creatine molecules linked to one malic acid molecule. The bond is broken by stomach acid, which releases pure creatine and is then absorbed. Creatine increases physical performance during short bursts of high-intensity exercise. Usage:

Mix 1 portion (4.5 g = ½ measuring spoon = 1 level tablespoon) of drink powder with 200 ml of water or fruit juice. Consume 1 serving 20 minutes before training. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount!
