Whether you do physical work, or as a pre-workout, or even for office work, it can be used by following the dosage recommendations.

(1) Vitamin C contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C and iodine contribute to normal energy-producing metabolic processes.
(2) Zinc and iodine contribute to the maintenance of normal mental functioning. Vitamin C and iodine contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
(3) Vitamin C and zinc contribute to the protection of cells against oxidative stress and to the normal functioning of the immune system.

SUGGESTED USE

Mix 2x1 dose of powder (2x4.75 g = 2x 2/3 measuring spoons) with 2x175 ml of water with a mixing bottle. Take 1 serving 30 minutes before training and 1 serving during training. It should not be consumed on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended daily consumption amount!

WARNINGS

Store the product out of the reach of small children! The dietary supplement does not replace a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle! High caffeine content [ 300 mg caffeine/daily dose (86 mg/100 ml)]. Pregnant or lactating women and children under 18 cannot consume it. The consumption of the product is not recommended in case of a known underlying disease or taking medication! Not recommended for people with heart disease, high blood pressure or caffeine sensitivity! Contains 19 mg/serving (4.75 g) of EGCG [(-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate]. The daily consumption of EGCG should not reach or exceed 800 mg per day. It cannot be consumed on the same day as other products containing green tea.
