How to take BioTechUSA Nitrox Therapy drink powder?

Mix 17 g (1 level measuring spoon = 1 heaped tablespoon) of powder in 250 ml of water, then consume 30 minutes before training. We recommend using a mixing bottle! Do not exceed the recommended daily consumption amount!
