We are here to support you with the best supplements
MyoMax Hardcore is back and follows in the footsteps of its predecessor with minimal changes. The bulking concept has remained, but it has returned with an invigorated formula, in order to make the product even more complementary to your needs.
The protein matrix is made up of two protein fractions found in milk, micellar casein and whey protein. Due to their different structure, milk proteins in the form of concentrates have different absorption times in relation to each other. Micellar casein is a colloidal giant molecule whose special structure results in slower, prolonged absorption.
The protein content of the product has been expanded with added protein-building amino acids, in L-configuration form that can be used by the body, which are as follows:
The human body cannot synthesize essential (essential) amino acids, while in some cases it cannot produce conditionally essential amino acids in such a proportion as to satisfy metabolic needs. The human body can produce non-essential amino acids from their precursors. (1)
In addition to the protein-building function of the added L-arginine, it is also a nitric oxide precursor. HMB (hydroxymethylbutyrate) is a metabolite of leucine (2), beta-alanine is a precursor of carnosine, taurine is a non-protein-building amino acid found in the body, and L-carnitine is involved in fatty acid metabolism. Alpha-ketoglutarate is an intermediate molecule in both amino acid metabolism and carbohydrate metabolism, and coenzyme Q10 is also found in the body. (3)
The carbohydrate matrix consists of 4 carbohydrate sources, which have different glycemic properties. Due to their different structural structure, their rate of absorption relative to each other differs, so they affect blood sugar levels to a different extent. The Cluster Dextrin™ in the product is a multi-branched cyclic dextrin. Palatinose™ (isomaltulose) is a low-glycemic disaccharide formed from fructose and a glucose molecule with an alpha-1,6-glycosidic bond. Maltodextrin and starch are composed of less branched and longer chains of glucose units.
The carbohydrates in the product contribute to the maintenance of normal brain function**, and also participate in the restoration of normal muscle function (contraction) after high-intensity and/or long-term physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of skeletal muscle glycogen stores.***
Creatine was added to the product in the form of the trademarked Creapure® creatine monohydrate. Creatine increases physical performance during short, continuous, high-intensity exercise.**** The mechanism by which creatine exerts its beneficial effect is that after daily consumption of creatine, the increase in the creatine phosphate pool in the muscle cells increases the ATP regeneration speed after intense muscle contractions. (4)
The plant extracts in the product are Coleus forskohlii extract standardized to the active ingredient forskolin, oat (Avena sativa) extract, balsam pear (Momordica charantia) extract, BioPerine® black pepper (Piper nigrum) extract and proteolytic (protein-degrading) plant enzymes represented by bromelain and on papain.
The product contains vitamins and minerals. Among the minerals, it contains zinc and magnesium from an organic source, in the form of chelates with glycine.
*Protein contributes to the maintenance and growth of muscle mass and the maintenance of normal bones.
**This beneficial effect can be achieved with a daily intake of 130 g of carbohydrates from all sources.
***This effect can be achieved by consuming a total of 4 g/kg body weight of carbohydrates from any source within the first four, but not more than six, hours after high-intensity and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and skeletal muscle glycogen stores depletion, to be consumed in several portions.
**** The beneficial effect can be achieved with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.
