Carbox is a drink powder containing a carbohydrate complex. It concentrates five types of carbohydrates with slow, medium and fast absorption. It contains maltodextrin, dextrose, sucrose, fructose and corn starch. These types of sugar have different glycemic indexes, which means they affect blood sugar levels to different degrees. Due to their different absorption times, some of them supply the body with carbohydrates quickly, while others take longer.

Recharge :

Carbox can also be your good companion during post-workout regeneration. The carbohydrates in it are involved in the restoration of normal muscle function (contraction) after high-intensity and/or long-lasting exercise that leads to muscle fatigue and depletion of skeletal muscle glycogen stores.*

*This beneficial effect can be achieved by consuming a total of 4 g/kg body weight of carbohydrates from any source. This should be consumed in several doses within the first 4, but not more than 6, hours after high-intensity and/or long-lasting exercise that leads to muscle fatigue and depletion of skeletal muscle glycogen stores.
