BCAA+B6 contains amino acids leucine, isoleucine and valine in a ratio of 2:1:1. With added vitamin B6, which promotes normal protein and glycogen metabolism, also participates in normal energy-generating metabolic processes and contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Suggested use:

Take 4 tablets daily. On training days, take 2 tablets 30 minutes before training and 2 tablets immediately after training. On rest days, take 2 x 2 tablets divided between meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily consumption amount!
